NewSong Elder Nomination Form

I __________________________________________, a full member of NewSong Community Church would like to submit ____________________________________ as a candidate for Elder for the September 14, 2008 Elder election.

I believe he/she is a person of mature Christian faith who has demonstrated exemplary Christian maturity and is capable of efficiently discharging the duties that pertain to the office of Elder. I also believe he/she meets the Biblical qualifications of an Elder found in 1 Timothy 3:2-7 and Titus 1:6-9. I have asked this person if they would be willing and able to serve if nominated and elected and they have said they would.
